Peach Sorbet: A sweet and tangy peach sorbet to refresh yourself on a summer day!
Sorbet is a frozen dessert made from sweetened water with flavoring,typically fruit juice or fruit purée, wine, and/or liqueur, and very rarely Honey.
The recipe here makes a creamy and smooth sorbet that can be consumed immediately – soft style serve (as shown in the picture) or can be frozen for up to 3 days!
Preparation Time: 10 mins
Yields: 6 cups

6 large, ripe peaches
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Pinch of salt

1. Peel and slice peaches, then freeze until firm.
2. Stir sugar into 3/4 cup water and blend with frozen peaches, along with lemon juice and salt, until creamy and smooth. Eat immediately soft-serve-style, or freeze in a loaf pan up to 3 days.
