The Beginner’s Green Smoothie #recipe : A great starter smoothie to make you a green smoothie addict!
Ingredients: -2 cups Spinach, fresh (tightly packed)
-2 Bananas
-1 cup Almond Milk
-1 cup Greek Yogurt

Method:
Toss your leafy greens and yogurt in the blender and blend until all leafy chunks are gone. Next add in bananas and milk, and blend again till you get a smooth consistency.

TIPS: – Refrigerate this for 10 mins before you drink it!
