The Macaroni Salad #recipe

Ingredients
1 lb. elbow macaroni
1 green pepper, cored, seeded and chopped (about 3/4 cup)
3/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
1/2 cup pear chopped
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
1. Prepare the elbow macaroni according to manufacturer’s directions.
2. Drain and set aside to cool.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.Mix well until thoroughly combined.
